Decision-Making and Accountability
Directors make decisions collaboratively, through meetings or written resolutions. Regular records are maintained for transparency, and directors are held accountable for ethical management, including declaring and managing conflicts of interest.
Financial Accountability
The CIC’s financial practices comply with the Companies Act, with strict record-keeping, reporting, and a commitment to reinvest any surplus into community programs, ensuring funds are solely directed toward fulfilling community benefits.

The company may provide indemnity insurance for Directors to protect them from liabilities incurred in their official capacity, ensuring dedicated focus on community objectives.
